In light of COVID-19, the AVLS 2021 Annual Congress will have virtual and in-person attendance options. Registration will open with a maximum capacity of 475 in-person registrations available in order to safely social distance. Once these spots are full, a waitlist will open. Waitlisted attendees will be notified if spots open due to cancellations or loosening restrictions. Additionally, you can choose to register only for the virtual event.

In-Person Annual Congress in Denver, CO + On-Demand

The AVLS 2021 Annual Congress will be gathering at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver, CO. The meeting will comply with Local, State and Federal COVID-19 policies including social distancing and masking. Initial registration will only be open to 475 attendees in order to meet capacity restrictions in our meeting spaces. There will be up to four sessions running concurrently as well as a general session and the Innovation Pavilion. Additionally, in-person attendees will receive access to all online content, including the on-demand recordings made available to at-home attendees through December 31, 2021.

If the AVLS has to cancel the in-person portion of the meeting, all in-person attendees will be automatically transferred to virtual attendees and refunded the difference in registration.
