SAVS 2021 – Join us in Person in Scottsdale or Virtually this January

SAVS 2021 is on! The Southern Association for Vascular Surgery (SAVS) Annual Meeting is proceeding January 27-30, 2021, in a HYBRID format at the Westin Kierland Hotel in Scottsdale. Our Hybrid Meeting will incorporate both an in-person component for those members and guests who wish to come to Scottsdale and attend in person, as well as a virtual component so that anyone who is unable to travel is still able to participate in a meaningful way.

We realize that this is the first attempt in our specialty for a face to face meeting in the COVID-19 arena, and so we are instituting a strong safety plan which ensures that we are meeting all CDC guidelines, as well as all local governmental regulations, and are in line with the Safe Meetings policy required for gatherings at the Westin Kierland. Any meeting held in 2021, particularly early in the year, will be very different than what we are accustomed. Our focus in moving forward is to do it right, and do it safely. It is also important to remember that despite best efforts to plan – the continually evolving situation means that plans may change, and so as we make preparations we remind everyone that circumstances may require us to alter plans as we approach the date of the meeting. We will be providing regular updates and advisory information.
